Andy has spent the majority of his working life within large City-based Asset Management companies, establishing and manging successful equity stock lending desks before transitioning into Asset Administration and subsequently Business Relationship management.

In 2009 he moved into the Third Sector, working in Marketing and Communications management for small and medium sized charities. In 2013, he co-founded a successful boutique Management Consultancy business, which he continues to oversee.
